A. Yes. All ACME make Roots Blowers deliver 100 % oil-free air/gas by design. Internal sealing mechanism of ACME make Roots Blower is proven and robust, thereby ensuring clean air/gas delivery for sensitive industrial processes and environmental applications. Yes oil – splash type lubrication is required for Bearings on both Drive and Non-drive end and also for Timing Gear on Non-drive end.

A. Absolutely. Acme Air Equipments Co. Pvt. Ltd., is one of the few Roots Blower manufacturers who can customize the Roots Blower package. Each roots type blower is custom-engineered to client specific parameters and project specifications. All this is done without affecting the performance of the Roots Blower.

A. Small blower models as per Manufacturer Standard are ready for dispatch within 4 weeks. Big blower models as per Manufacturer Standard are ready for dispatch within 8-10 weeks. Customized units or systems requiring special materials typically ship within 12-14 weeks from date of receipt of manufacturing clearance and document approval.

A. Yes. Acme Air Equipments Co. Pvt. Ltd. believes in providing full co-operation and support to the customer and the site installation team. Our experienced team can offer supervision during site installation, commissioning and operations of the supplied Roots Blower.

A. Yes. All units undergo 100% performance testing as per BS 1571 and ISO 1217 standards. Critical components are CNC-machined to tight tolerances to guarantee high efficiency and long operating life. Dynamic balancing of the rotor pair is carried out in house as per latest ISO standards and stringent balancing grade.
