Commonly used system convey 12-15 MT/Hour cement by manual feeding and 25-30 MT/Hour by bulker unloading. Options are available to load cement bags through belt conveyor and automatically cut the cement bags for ease of operation and higher productivity. Accessories include structure, platform, dust collector, filter, control panel, etc.
How does the Cement Conveying System handle cement delivery in bulkers?
For Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) sites where cement is received only in bulkers, Acme Air Equipments supplies twin lobe blowers with specific designed Air Filter and Specific Accessories instead of complete cement feeding systems. These blowers are designed and manufactured for the aggressive conditions in which the blowers operate at site.
